Laurie’s Scholars carries forward the vision of Laurie Schoendorfer—cofounder of Free Wheelchair Mission—by expanding educational opportunity for individuals facing mobility and financial barriers. Through partnerships with Free Wheelchair Mission, we award scholarships for vocational training and university degrees to students with the potential to achieve independence through education.
